Do not include private or sensitive personal information in player communications.
We may disclose information to hosting, email, database, security, and technical service providers that assist in operating the service; to administrators authorized to manage the game; when required by law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, and system integrity; or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
War of Cousins uses cookies and session identifiers needed for sign-in, account continuity, security, form protection, and remembered sessions. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent account and game functions from working. The service may also use local browser storage or cached files to support installation and performance.
We retain account, gameplay, communications, contact submissions, administrative, and security information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the game, preserve event records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and satisfy legal obligations. Some event communications may be automatically limited or removed as part of game operation. Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including password hashing, controlled administrator access, secure sessions, form-validation controls, and database access restrictions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required for security, legal compliance, event integrity, or other legitimate purposes. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply.

If we learn that personal information was collected from a child under 13 without legally sufficient authorization, we will take reasonable steps to remove it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us.
